AStrack provides an online interface that lets you look up the current status and delivery history of a shipment using a tracking number. Tracking information is aggregated from carriers, delivery partners and third-party networks. The Service is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only and does not constitute a shipping, freight-forwarding or courier contract between you and AStrack.
3. No carrier relationship
AStrack displays tracking data on behalf of the parties responsible for a shipment. Unless expressly stated, AStrack is not the seller, merchant or carrier of any parcel shown, does not take physical custody of any shipment, and is not a party to your purchase or delivery contract. Responsibility for the goods, delivery and any claims remains with the seller and the handling carrier.
4. Acceptable use
- You may use the Service only to track shipments you are entitled to track, and only for lawful purposes.
- You may not disrupt, overload, probe, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems or its data.
- You may not use automated means to access the Service except as permitted by us in writing.
- You may not use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or otherwise unlawful activity.
5. Accuracy of information
Tracking data originates from carrier and partner networks and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may change. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of any tracking information, and we are not responsible for shipping outcomes, delays, misdeliveries, damage or losses.
6. Intellectual property and trademarks
The AStrack name, logo, website text, layout and design elements are owned by AStrack or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission. All other company names, carrier names, logos and trademarks referenced on the Service (for example, those of national and international carriers) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AStrack and its operators, affiliates, officers and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or shipments, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service or the tracking information it displays, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AStrack and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
